Zynova Tech LLC (“Zynova,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a national digital ecosystem (the “Service”) to users in the real estate and title insurance industry, including but not limited to title agencies, real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, developers, and other transaction participants (“Users,” “you,” or “your”), accessible through www.zynovatech.com and other web-based sites (the “Site” or “Sites”). Collectively, the Service and Sites may be referred to as the “Platform.”
Your use of the Service is governed by these Terms of Service (“Terms” or “TOS”).
We may, in our sole discretion, modify these Terms at any time by posting updates on this page. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the most recent revision. By continuing to access or use the Service, you agree to any such modifications. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

8.4. Zynova reserves the right to remove or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms or creates liability for Zynova.
9.1. These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party.
9.2. Zynova may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
9.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, but provisions relating to intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
You are legally permitted to use the Service
All information you provide is accurate
You assume all risks related to online and offline interactions with other users
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zynova, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Zynova disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2. Zynova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
12.3. Zynova’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the fees you paid directly to Zynova in the three (3) months prior to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
If applicable, all purchases through the Service are subject to pricing, payment, and billing terms specified at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
