Talk to ZYNOVA

What is required to join the Zynova Network?

Zynova operates through three distinct workshare networks designed to support different levels of transaction flow, compliance alignment, and operational sophistication. Participation across
all networks is structured, vetted, and built around compliant national title execution.

    • Elite 350 Network — An invitation-only network of highly vetted title agencies positioned to receive transaction opportunities generated by the Zynova Enterprise Sales Team, including orders from multi-jurisdictional lenders, mortgage brokers, real estate brokerages, and institutional referral sources. Preference is given to agencies with strong operational infrastructure, scalable workflows, and proven execution capabilities.
    • National Workshare Network — A broader operational network designed to facilitate compliant cross-jurisdictional workshare between participating title agencies. This network enables agencies to send and receive transactions through standardized workflows and software-driven routing controls.
    • Underwriter-Aligned Networks — Structured workshare environments built around specific underwriter relationships and operational requirements. These networks are designed to support compliant transaction routing, underwriter-aligned execution standards, and controlled participation frameworks.

All participating agencies are expected to maintain proper licensing, insurance coverage, strong compliance standing, and operational professionalism consistent with Zynova’s execution standards.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

As a member, you gain access to workshare orders referred from across the country, priority placement in our agency routing engine, exclusive access to institutional order volume, and a technology platform that centralizes communication, compliance, and document flow.

    What is a workshare order?

Workshare is a compliant structure in which a non-licensed or out-of-state agency refers a transaction to a licensed agency in the jurisdiction of the property. The receiving agency performs the core title functions, while the referring agency performs administrative services. Both are compensated accordingly.

Can a member receive direct orders from lenders or realtors?

Yes. Zynova routes both workshare orders and direct orders from real estate professionals. Our platform intelligently matches each order to the most appropriate agency based on geography, transaction type, and performance metrics.

Is there a cost to be a member?

    No.

How does Zynova protect against competition among agencies?

Every member signs a binding Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreement, covering clients and employees. This agreement includes liquidated damages and immediate revocation of platform access if breached. We enforce strict territorial integrity.

Can I lose access to the network?

Yes. Zynova reserves the right to remove any member for performance issues, regulatory problems, or breach of the participation agreement. The integrity of the network is paramount.

Is there training or onboarding support?

Absolutely. Our Customer Success Team provides onboarding sessions, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure you maximize value from the platform.

Do I need to change my current processes or underwriter relationships?

No. Zynova is designed to complement your current operations. You maintain full control over your files, underwriter relationships, and internal processes while benefiting from national access and digital efficiency.
