How are agencies selected for my file?
Zynova uses an intelligent matching engine that routes your file to a qualified, vetted, and licensed member of our network in the appropriate state or county. Orders are never auctioned or assigned randomly.
Will I have to deal with multiple platforms or contacts?
No. All communication, document uploads, status tracking, and billing are centralized through Zynova. You’ll have a single point of access and a clear status overview at all times.
How is payment handled?
