Collin Schweiker is a real estate private equity and capital markets executive with a track record of building high-performing investment platforms and complex partnerships. As President of Zynova, he leads the company’s day-to-day operations and growth strategy, overseeing revenue, partnerships, and client success as Zynova modernizes collaboration between title agencies and institutional real estate partners nationwide.
Collin spent more than a decade at Related Fund Management, the investment management arm of Related Companies, where he helped source, underwrite, and close over $3 billion in real estate acquisitions across the United States. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan and earned a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, with a concentration in finance.
